BlendIn Coffee Club is housed in the former lobby of an old bank building. The coffee
shop welcomes patrons into a bright, open space with custom flooring, brick walls and
customized counter and display cases. The 2,300-square-foot building includes Italian
engraved features and a collaborative center table that was designed to reflect the
structure of a caffeine molecule.
BlendIn Coffee Club also features a coffee lab, training space, roasting room, green
coffee storage and a small gallery. The building’s former drive-thru teller lanes were
redeveloped into an outdoor patio with grassy lawns. BlendIn Coffee Club is a strong
addition to Sugar Land’s growing food and culture offerings and is a welcome asset to
Houston’s strong coffee roasting community.
Size: 2,300 square feet
Project value: $650,000
